Kitwe Teaching Hospital has recorded 5 Chrismas babies. The babies, 2 girls and 3 boys, were born between midnight and 12:00 hours today.
And Kitwe Mayor Christopher Kan’gombe, who was also born on Christmas Day at KTH, said he enjoys visiting the hospital around this time of the year adding that the hospital has a special place in his heart.
Mr Kan’gombe was speaking when he gave hampers to the Christmas babies. He urged the mothers to take care of their children as they were the future of this country. And Senior Medical Superintendent Abidan Chansa said the babies and their mothers were in good health and would be discharged soon.
